Caribbean Flava will be a vibrant, full-service restaurant and buffet featuring authentic foods from across the Caribbean islands, Latin and South America — bringing the flavors of Jamaica, Trinidad, Guyana, Barbados, Haiti, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Brazil, Cuba, Honduras, Colombia, and beyond to one table.
Our concept blends flavor, music, and culture into a place where the community gathers to experience the rhythm and taste of the islands. Caribbean Flava will feature unlimited buffet-style dining showcasing rotating island entrées and favorites.
Stewed & Curried Oxtails – our signature specialty dish Curried Chicken, Duck, Shrimp, Pork, Goat & Lamb served with Roti or Rice Island-style Bake & Shark or Fried Fish Specials Soursop Punch, Caribbean Rum Punch & Ginger Beer Authentic South American & Island sides – plantains, callaloo, cassava, and more Every meal is handcrafted by island chefs using farm-fresh herbs and produce from Grace Agro Tourism Farm, combining authenticity with freshness and quality.
